If DWUW turns out to be a hit in the US, it'll still be selling but they need to launch the 3rd single somehow. Well Gypsy can be launched on The Voice or something like that .. There is no point in launching It at the Grammys If DWUW is big then because: 1. Gypsy won't have any radio support and even If It gets boost from the grammy's It may fall fast after the boost is over. 2. With DWUW being let's say top 10 when she performs Gypsy at the grammys, Gypsy's boost will be limited because DWUW will be still top 10 hit (like Roar and Uncle) and It will also get a boost, even tho Gaga performed another song It's just a waste .. OMG! ATRL is a mess right now ! Members cant reply to threads, mods cant close them ! Only way to communicate are the Blogs. Besides, there are other ways to launch a single. And in case of Gaga I think she sells the most when she's not the one promoting the song. (Hamsters/Beats commercials). Mariano 958 Posted December 10, 2013 Share Posted December 10, 2013 Guys just think how wrong It is (especially for Gaga) to have started the era in August 13 and since then she have had only 1 video This alone is a mess, and of course not helping the album sales, let alone the fact that Gaga came off from a BTW and a huge media blackout, Applause get overshadowed by Roar etc.. all the other factors With BTW She had BTW Video Judas video both big controversies and BTW was so huge etc.. with TFM she had Bad Romance only, but It was an EP and It got released quickly after Bad Romance .. (not 3 months like ARTPOP) ... And now for 4 months she has only Applause And 1 video is a really important thing, It's a great promo, It gets played on Television, It's on Youtube/vevo etc.. people share It and let alone that If the video is something like BR/Judas/WB etc.. to get people talkin, It can even make a song a smash .. At ggd, the mods and administrator were on all over the charts thread last night, as three of our newly departed GGD members spurred on major meltdowns in that thread (and others). They had to lock the thread and step in with a "this has to stop, no more meltdowns, and please share opinions in a mature manner" message this a.m. Our mods were right for stopping it! It's one of those songs that has been lingering around forever.
