I think she will do Europe in August just like BTW ball I think she would attend the VMA and do some promotions then start the European dates in Sep... Keep in mind that BTW debuted 3x higher than ARTPOP, and she hasn't had a real hit in France this era while with BTw she had lots ofpromotional appearances in France and 2 platinum singles. This time it's zero performances/promotion and zero big hits. And not mentioning that she was still riding on TF/TFM momentum with the BTWB in Europe, Latin America, the US and Australia. People come to a tour because they know the performer is great (seen live before, seen liveon tv or heard about it), is a fan of the person (knows the person is a great performer) or to hear the biggest hits of that person. This is why the BTWB did so well outside of the Americas: In Europe she had promotion at the EMAs, and vrious performances in Italy, Germany, France and the UK. She had 2/3 big hts: BTw and Judas (and TeoG inn some cases), she also had monster hits Alejandro, Telephone, Bad Romance, Paparazzi and Poker Face that still received airplay. She was very controversial and you didn't have a week in which you didn't hear something about Lady Gaga. She also released a DVD for the Monster Ball which was televised in many countries, which inceased demand. In Australia, she did Monster Hall, promotion for the album and had a huge hit: Born This Way. And of course momentum from her previous hits. In East-Asia she had 3 monster hits (BTW, Judas and TeoG, Bloody Mary in Taiwan) and she did a mini-tour to proote the album in 2011 in East-Asia. But she hasn't even announced the Europe leg yet By the time she does, she may have DWUW as a huge hit and Even gypsy, let alone that she will definitely promote in Germany and France ... actually she was going to do this week but It was cancelled, that doesn't mean she won't go there after New Year or even before that ..
