I don't know about GUY, Venus, MANiCURE, Aura or ARTPOP though... *I agree on Sexxx Dreams, but knowing Gaga she wouldn't record a radio version, make a remix ( with a relevant artist ) or promote it properly OR make a video that makes sense, remember in an Halloween interview she was like "My s-x dreams are about koons balls" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I agree about Roar and Brave ... and the funniest thing Is that both songs are nominated for POP solo performance, and then only Roar for song of the year .. at least they could've given the chance to Sara since her song came out first I am placing my bets on ACT 2 to be extraordinary ... ARTPOP is amazing but It's not extraordinary ... Born This Way was extraordinary and to a lot of people It was bad, but It was extraordinary and In my opinion one of the best albums in recent years ... ARTPOP Is great but It doesn't feel like that, so I hope ACT 2 is more experimental and Interesting ... + I have no Idea if Cheek to Cheek will be nominated .. I don't know why yall think just because it's jazz It's going to win Agreed. ARTPOP didn't give me the same feeling that Born This Way did, not saying I don't enjoy it, but Born This Way was/still is so innovative and daring. Gypsy/GUY are the only possible safe choices, but I don't see them joining Gaga's elite songs like BR, PF, not even BTW, but turning into Applause/LG sized-hits. Sexxx Dreams' chorus is the strongest part of the song, its catchy, seductive and sweet...best chorus on the album. While Gypsy/GUY are safe choices, they're still not smash material (Gypsy might be but DEFINITELY not GUY) so they may be unappealing or too boring for the GP. They're both extremely not relatable for the casual listener...GUY would confuse and bore people and Gypsy is not the most hot topic of the night if you know what I mean. Actually most of the songs she performed there did except for Swine lol. I don't know why she got rid of the synths in the pre chorus of Sexxx Dreams. If the song had the Swinefest instrumental with the album lyrics it would have been perfect IMO. I think Gypsy, G.U.Y, and MANiCURE are the best single picks left at this point. Whispering 18,865 Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Applause level of hit, maybe. but a big hit? meaning a smash? no way, not to be negative though just realistic. 14 consecutive weeks in the top 10 in the US makes Applause one of the top 15 songs of the year. If Gypsy, DWUW or any other single manages to do the same, we should be appreciative. DWUW is already having more impact WW than Applause did and I could see Gypsy doing even better than it is doing. If you set your expectations on a #1, you are going to be disappointed most of the time. Nothing is disappointing about having songs that go multi-platinum and stay in the top 10 for over three months! Am I the only one who would love to die a duet with her? I hope so!
