riz 0
Yesterday: z100: 4 KIIS: 5 Jingle Ball is in the UK lol Gaga isn't performing at the U.S Jingle Ball yea thats what I mean! Since she isnt performing at the US one, maybe she isnt getting as many spins if they are favoring performers who are singing there. I remember everyone saying that about applause before iheartradio

riz 0
Oh I see what you mean. Yeah, probably. I was the one that kept saying iheartradio was hurting Applause . Applause was my first time really watching charts (a little but during MTN) but I've been following gaga since TF. Mainly lurking in here since applause came out :)
Valextra 58
In Italy DWUW likes a lot to 'straight men' not fans... :) I am so sure that with the video it's gonna explode, I can feel it, it's already doing well without!

craig 680
i hope i'm wrong but after the holidays the album will most likely fall really hard, i hope i'm wrong Pop albums tend to keep selling if they have singles on the radio. Slowly but surely. Kids use itunes cards to buy them, and Xmas market albums geared for adults fall harder (most albums ahead of Gaga fall into that category). VFD 57
Too many fans here assume the public a--lyzes the lyrics of every single song. I seriously doubt 95% of the people hearing Americano would care or even put the energy into reading and a--lyzing the lyrics. Completely agree. Many believe that lyrics determine if radio will reject a song or not. But I believe there are other much more important factors that are considered. For example, many kept saying MTN wasn't relatable at all, but in reality, the chorus had a very strong and loud bass and synth, unlike traditional pop songs. Especially considering radio quality couldn't do it any justice. Judas abrasive industrial beats were probably too much for casual listeners. Americano as a single was always very interesting to me. And all the promotional uses it had in the U.S. show and impressive reception.

Mills 446
Timber is back at #1 on iTunes. I wonder if this song could eventually hit #1 in the HOT 100 chart. It's the second biggest gainer in the top 10 on overall radio too. If ever it does hit the top spot next year, it'll give Ke$ha her third official #1 (and 4th overall if we count Right Round). And all the promotional uses it had in the U.S. show and impressive reception. Totally agree. People put too much stock in Gaga's image and lyrics as to why Judas and MTN underperformed. That led the majority to think the loud and abravive MTN was safer than Scheisse.
Arturo 40,746
do the grammy noms have a large impact? Not much. But it'll most likely send Uncle + White Walls past DWUW considering how close they are.

Jjang 2,262
*I know that The Voice is bigger than The X Factor but still XF is a big platform that will definitely give us a big boost.
