Princess Zelda 720
Ugh... I really hope the next album isn't pop or anything close . for the third i want an acoustic album--her and guitar. OMG yes as much as i love the HUGE sound of ceremonials...i don't want another album with songs like that...you know what i mean? i think she could go two ways--the electrodance pop way, or the acoustic way. but the dance stuff is just a side project guys, dun worry OR the Rock way. She'd do fantastic with a Classic Rock/Progressive Rock style . Not too far away from her Floness though.
crazystairs827 21
See I love love love loveeeeee Ceremonials and lungs so I wouldn't want her to completely stop this, i love how huge the songs are however something different could be cool for like an EP or something as long as she eventually went back in the next few years
MattyMonster 3
Are there some great dance/part remixes of her songs? Wasn't the ending to Shake It Out on that festival some remixed version?
Toph 374
I loved Lungs, and Ceremonials is just ****ing beautiful (sans breaking down) and a perfect follow up.
Portal 0
I loved Lungs, and Ceremonials is just ****ing beautiful (sans breaking down) and a perfect follow up. Breaking Down acoustic is the most beautiful (and fragile, I love when Flo goes fragile) thing in the world of Flo next to Cosmic Love acoustic. Some days I don't like the regular version but the acoustic And if Florence goes out of alternative, I just request that she keep the harp as a throwback to the old days. It works as a really good bridge in just about any type of song cept jazz or hard rock.

Her CDs possess an uncommon gift in that I don't care what song is playing, I just have to hear her...kinda like gaga. :Gaga: But no in all seriousness I don't know much about Flo, but I do love her and her music. That voice! Her hair!
marcwaffles 20
The Benny Benassi remix of Shake It Out was used as an outro during the Hackney (I think) Weekend performance. Didn't like it :eww: Edited June 30, 2012 by mcwf
Memo 176
Are there some great dance/part remixes of her songs? Wasn't the ending to Shake It Out on that festival some remixed version? The only remix I really liked was the Calvin Harris Remix of Spectrum Ugh... I really hope the next album isn't pop or anything close . OR the Rock way. Princess Zelda 720
Kinda like Kiss With a Fist or something like that? No . I mean serious rock music, not that punky-fun song .

LittleDudeNT5 0
No . I mean serious rock music, not that punky-fun song . Like Girl With One Eye? Mmm I LOVE that song. Such an amazing build-up/ending :flutter:
Princess Zelda 720
I'm a Don't say that . Anyone else would've said the same thing. Like Girl With One Eye? Mmm I LOVE that song. Such an amazing build-up/ending Not so much like that, that song is sort of bluesy anyway. I mean what she's doing but rockier. Progressive Rock would be Rock with 'Classical' or Baroque music influences, so it's already close to what she's doing. The harp, the violins... With a Rock sound instead of her current Rocky-Soul-Poppy-Power Ballad-Dancy-Epic songs (which I love). Edited July 1, 2012 by Florence Welch
