I had a feeling it was him when I saw the Metropolis-like scenery. It felt unusual for Florence to reference such a thing, as beautiful as that scene looks. I think it's safe to say that the ballet scenes & Child/Adult was Florence's ideas and not his, hence why they don't seem to be done as well as LaChapelle's.
