Meh I just find it hard to relate, I am and have always been an atheist and those stories just don't have the impact on me that they have on so many other people.Β

I am atheist too, and in this country, in 2005, 42% was atheist and 12% went to church every sunday. That's a big reason why it's so hard to relate to Gaga for lots of people and why people don't like Gaga that much. The majority of this country (especially the people Gaga attracts to: young people and gay men) is atheist. That and the fact that in this country 87% of the population has "very good" knowledge of English - compared to 40% in Sweden, 60% in Germany and 91% in the US - doesn't help that much either.

I can't believe she's releasing a remix for Do What U Want. Since she's doing it, though, I do hope it actually has an effect.

Yes. I think that the reason BTW was a grower for me was because of its loudness and complexity. It will always be one of my favorite Lady Gaga albums and I am happy that still so many fans support it even after all the backlash and the release of ARTPOP.

Β

Usually I would be stanning for it because I think it's a masterpiece tbh. But then I think that about all her work. I think the fame is probably my least favorite Gaga album just coz it's a little bit disjointed and a little more mainstream than her other work. But still it's amazing and Paparazzi is possibly my favorite Gaga song.

Β

Born This Way said what she wanted to say perfectly and is brilliantly executed. Only the Fame Monster beats it for me in that respect and that's not a full album so :/.Β

Yep but I think that's the brilliant thing about gaga, she's always been religious and yet is still a worldwide star in big even in the more atheist European countries. I have no problem with Gaga's religious views because she is all about spreading love which is what religion should be about but yeah it's not always easy to relate to someone talking about Jesus when Jesus means nothing to you.Β

generic = song that sounds like other songs on the radio now or In recent years.

Just because 21 Is a certain STYLE (Mariah, Celine) doesn't mean It's generic :rip:

Katy's Roar Is generic, and no It's not dance pop, It's generic because It sounds like a lot of songs that were radio hits recently ..Β
I need your love Is generic because It uses the same EDM Breakdown that WFL and some other songs used.

You cannot say Aura Is generic because It's EDM, but you can say It's generic If It sounds like other songs..Β Β  It's like saying a song Is generic because It's POP or because It's Dance Pop...

btw this Is to the people that quoted me earlier sorry for not quoting back I just lost track :rip:

For me its ARTPOP>BTW>TFM>>TF withbtje first 3 being very close each other. TF singles eventhough mainstream are top of the class be the rest of the album except from 1-2 album tracks is a huge filler. Its great for a debut album though...

It's ok I misunderstood what you were saying before anyway, I thought you were saying all you needed to do is create an album where all the songs sound the same to sell millions.Β
