Gaga is still a WW presence and still has a #1 album in the 3 major markets, something Miley and Katy failed to do. At the top of their hype arc, Katy's and Miley's opening numbers are 70% behind what Gaga did at the top of hers. If Gaga makes you so miserable, with all of her artistic and creative choices, why continue to stan her for so many years? There are other pop artists that would be much easier to stan for at the current time. Be forewarned though, their next eras could easily come tumbling down around them and then you will have to switch again to the next "it artist". it's not even that... you have to easily notice her performace quality has fallen.... like she was PERFECTLY FINE earlier this year during the BTW ball.... it's like she changed the way she performs... the choreography is sloppy.... like she was okay during the itunes festival and the vmas..... but after that.... she isn't on par with where she was in 2009-2012, and her performances lack wow factor, that miley/katy/and even rihanna have seem to have added to their arsenal... they just seem more exciting to watch than lady gaga....... which isn't what gaga is about..... I don't like this, I don't care about charts crap... when she clearly said she came in to dominate.. and change pop music one single at a time.... Arturo 40,746 Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 I remember..... a year and a half ago.... lady gaga was bringing back music videos with her epic videos.... and her out of this world performances..... now katy perry and rihanna are stepping all over her.... in every way including both album sales/single sales/videos/radio... and I won't even stop at performance quality... because lately katy and rihanna have been doing some 180 type performances compared to when they started..... what the **** happened lady gaga? Like..... what? You were perfect all the way till applause.... like hwat happened?!!? Stop Katy has been outselling Gaga in singles since 2010 Katy and Rihanna have always been bigger on radio Album sales....meh, ARTPOP will still have a bigger debut than Prism and and Unapologetic WW.' I look at gaga today, and she looks like a washed up TF gaga... I'm sorry if I get banned for voicing an opinion, although negative... but she looks completely wasted during her art rave performances...... maybe she wants to look like that....? And Katy's voice has always been sub par no katy has been outselling gaga in THE U.S in singles since 2010.... gaga has been ripping her to shreds in singles and album sales WW, BR/TELEPHONE dominated 2010/BTW sold a lot too in 2011, I think it was after judas that her sales weren't on par with what she used to do... didn't TEOG do around 5M WW? either way... she just dropped like a rock after that song... applause was a hit in basically one market... and even there it hasn;t even done 2m... I totally expected do what you want to be one of her biggest hits.... but I don't know... the radio freeze is very close... and she's already slowing on pop... She stands. and people move around her. If she does try to dance, it is pretty bad, and she gets totally out of breath. She CAN jump rope though!
