Katy beat Gaga by 26k in Australia. I think Gaga won Japan by about 40k, and is ahead in most European countries (where album sales are low in general). I guess it's all just for fame, because no sane and sensible person could possibly believe what he does is okay or that he is ever telling the truth lol.  Yes, he did.      And also, Im sure ALOT of fans who downloaded it when it leaked didnt buy it, but not all..  I got it when it leaked, but I still went and purchased three copies and three different stores, and on itunes! ashtash 36 Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 We can thank the crappy fans who illegally downloaded ARTPOP...stop being a cheapskate and buy ARTPOP..nomatter the numbers though, ARTPOP is still the BEST ALBUM released this year  It's sad, and it's a big part as to why album sales as a whole aren't as high as they were even 5 years ago. So much illegal downloading. I didn't even listen to the snippets Gaga released.
