Because whoever made the Youtube rip encoded it at 256kbps MP3, this one is 192kbps. However, that doesn't mean that the YouTube rip is better quality because the source audio from Youtube is 151kbps AAC (so someone increased the bit rate when converting). I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think people increase the bit rate when converting to minimize the loss in quality. I think it's better to go from 192kbps to 256kbps rather than 192 to 192.
