Well, I do think feigned bis-xuality, as a statement, can have larger repercussions for the bi community and how people perceive them. Which is why, since Gaga has only ever "publicly" been linked to men, some queer sources are curious about this. But I like her answer here. I'm not sure if some girls do it for attention to somehow seduce men, but it is a fad to say you're bis-xual from where I'm from. Unfortunately, even a couple of guys I know have joined on the bandwagon lately - a close friend of mine even admitted to lying about saying he was bis-xual only a few weeks back at a house party. I think that's why some people call bis-xuality a fad - when, in fact, bis-xuality is a legitimate s-xuality. That's why Gaga is being asked about it so much, I think.
