Well I'm a little bit disappointed with ARTPOP. i was expecting more after 2 years waiting

It's a tad underwhelming, but I never expected to cum over every single album.

Album sold 8M WW, BTW spent 6 weeks at #1 and sold much more than Applause, TEOG smashed, yuyi did great in the USA. Her vocal performances were great. The tour was amazing. Yeah many things went great and many things went not so great. And her artistic **** as you say are happening now more than they ever did with BTW.

BTW could have spent few extra weeks at the top but Gaga decided to release 7 min video where she was popping heads from her vagina and sold much more than Applause because she was coming from one of the best pop eras in the past century a VMA for Video Of the Year and a meat dress where with  Applause she's comin from black-out, hip surgery and articles about her being fat and having farts and TEOG did not smashed it did well but not enough for the hype that BTW as album was caring basically it was Lovegame sized hit with little more radio exposure and it was adored more in the US, WW Judas did better than TEOG and yuyi did not did great it did decent yet was local no one outside the US was here for that song. The tour was amazing yes and her vocal, piano performances were great but I see that she aproved miles more this time around. And this time her artistic **** even happening more is more pleasing to people because she's carring it with a commercial acts.....in BTW the GP only was seeing the weird in her now the GP could decide how to look at things she's doing for example her VMA performance: u could decide to look at her ass or at the fact that for 4 minutes she changed for different era went through 4 different styles, Her ARTPOP cover u decide whether to pay attention to the naked body or the gazing ball and the background that behind her....u know everything is more easy now yet artisty ;)

Wow blaming everything on BTW... I mean I get your points but I think you're being too hard on BTW. People maybe just don't like ARTPOP but I don't think that's it. I think it's lack of promo. BTW or the music aren't to blame. She needs to perform more and she'll do well, UK showed exactly that.

Okay, it wasn't THAT bad of in era, but it certainly wasn't great either.

In my opinion Born This Way as an era was just okay. Messy, but it was okay.
