John Lithgow confirms he will be playing Dumbledore in the upcoming ‘HARRY POTTER’ series.

"It was not an easy decision because it's going to define me for the last chapter of my life. That's why it's been such a hard decision. I'll be about 87 years old at the wrap party, but I've said yes.

Suddenly Rowling is fine with non-Brits playing her characters, because she's desperate to keep that cash flow coming to offset her anti-Trans bigotry. I'll be tuning OUT of anything further Harry Potter (as an ex potterhead) because I care about my Trans family who Rowling directly harms by her words and money. And screw John Lithgow for joining the cast. Every person joining this cast is indirectly harming Trans people.

Not sure how broadening the cast nationality spectrum has anything to do with her finances, the series is getting made no matter what her demands might be. She’s also set for several life times, she is in no way in a situation of despair or need for this series to be happening.

I guess Lithgow was simply the best choice, and I think his performance as Churchill was impressive enough to seal the deal.
