jhonyguy04 3 Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 imagine if she released ARTPOP instead of Born This Way things would have been better. the problem with btw was not the copy accusations, it's jsut that it was a horrible song. and judas was just a flat out madonna copy, just like the alejandro video. wtf was she thinking? like seriously?? and then she expected to get hits with songs like hair, bad kids, and highway to unicorn. not to mention those bonus flop tracks. horrendeous. the big problem with btw was mostly the music. Surely it will contribute but it's hardly the only factor... This. If people like the music they'll buy ARTPOP. She just needs good performances and more promo. If even with those she doesn't sell well it means ARTPOP is not liked. Btw had it's fourth single sell well. BTW, except for a couple of mishaps, was good and its touring power is evident. Stop blaming BTW. Blame interscope and the promo and if those don't work blame the music because even though we love it it may be that the public really doesn't.
