Why she didn't release the album WW on nov 11? It would have been so much better I might be wrong but it might be because of the days the charts run there? Not sure. The main idea is to sell ARTPOP. By this point, Applause is having fantastic radio exposure and anyone that would be interested in buying the album knows it. Another outing of it on a platform like SNL would be wasted, she needs to put more music out there to show off more of the album. I don't want it to be like Born This Way era where she kept performing the same three songs on TV for months and months. I'd prefer her to perform Do What U Want, then maybe G.U.Y, Sexxx Dreams, Mary Jane Holland or Gypsy. But I can see why she wouldn't want to perform a song that might become a single at one point. I think the most likely choice is Dope, which is probably a smart choice. It's official promo week hasn't even started yet and the album already has a hume amount of physical and digitak pre-orders.
