They have several versions of the file(s) across different computers, servers, hard drives, cloud networks, etc. It's highly unlikely if not impossible that this is the reason for the delay. There is probably an issue with the record label or the actual content of the video causing the delay. This. I don't think DJjon "gets" the logic behind your point.
