Kelly allegations are real and disturbing. Unfortunately, this. There is something much broader to consider. If Gaga's image is tarnished, it could not only hurt her professionally, it could hurt her personally. Outside of her profession, she has a real and sincere goal of helping kids around the world. Music stans might not see this, but it's true and it's very important to Gaga as a person. If her image is tarnished by a media trumped-up connection with a s-x offender, how is she going to help kids? I live outside the space time continuum. It's hard to feel sorry for bad press when what they're saying is actually true -- unlike Gaga's bad press. She knew very well what she was getting into with him, and it's backfiring. Terry is just as creepy. As someone who claimed she was s-xually taken advantage of, I don't know why Gaga has become so close with these kinds of men. Terry Richardson is NOT a good guy. He is very powerful, but an exploitative ***hole. Having those two around her does not send out a female/youth empowerment message to anyone. Unfortunately, this. Still, they don't care even now. They had fun recording it. And it is the one featured on the album. It is always the people who find the problems. I do think Gaga should have sat down and actually thought about the implications of doing a seemingly empowering song like DWUW with R. Kelly on the track and not just listened to DJWS and agreed with him. This is why I don't care for DJWS. R. Kelly is talented, but doing a song with him wasn't the greatest move for her right now as she's trying to rebuild herself. I don't feel DJWS is looking out for her career. She could have easily gotten Usher or Drake to appear on this album, but no. It's nice that she recognizes R. Kelly's talent, but she's only hurting her own image. The R. Kelly allegations are real and disturbing. I know she likes giving people a chance because she herself is seen as polarizing by the media, but this is different: people just criticize her for being too "gimicky" or being culturally ignorant, but R.
