KingAlanI 3
Hated the ending tbh The book overall solidified my positive impression of the series. I was angry when Prim died (and surprised when Katniss killed Coin with the arrow meant for Snow) I was sad when Finnick died. I started to like him in Catching Fire, but started to like him a lot more throughout Mockingjay. I was amused when it turned out Snow was his pimp and Finnick spilled the secrets thusly obtained. I loved the Finnick-Annie wedding scene. Edited April 3, 2012 by KingAlanI
Ceremonials 0
I was sad about Finnick, I was more angry about Prim (and surprised when Katniss kills Coin with the arrow meant for Snow) All the books are roller coasters of emotion, but the last one made me feel like **** :crossed:
Married the Night 3,955
I am so glad the Hunger Games ended the way it did. It was a cookie cutter perfect ending. It was gritty and realistic. I admire the author for doing it the way she did. Edited April 3, 2012 by Married the Night

I'm probably going to read The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo I read all three. I got the super fancy hardback set. I loved them. His style is super slow but you kinda get used to it. I feel in love with it and miss it. I also miss the characters. They were hard to get through but I am so glad I did. One of my favorite series. I started it 3 times before I was able to get into it. Stick with it. You will be glad you did. And no worries, I prefer paperbacks because they are easier to hold. I started reading the series with the softcover. Got the hardbacks about halfway through book 1.
