I was actually kind if disappointed with the movie, myself. It was a good movie, the acting was wonderful, the sets were great.. Something about it just didn't sit right with me, and I can't quite put my finger on it.

I know what you mean; still trying to identify that feeling, myself.

Maybe it's a disturbing storyline - if so, bravo I guess.

Maybe after Lady Gaga I don't need to become addicted to another pop culture phenomenon.

The score is phenomenal! :legend:

I didn't care for the score; I thought it was overbearing in the emotional scenes.

I actually didn't notice it at all the first time I saw the movie. :flop:

But I just downloaded it.... I have listened to Panem's national anthem (Horn of Plenty) so many times. :legend:

They're really only in stock on their website. But hurry, they're gonna sell out quick (again!)

A short summary of the box office for the weekend: The Hunger Games grossed an addittional $61 million. It is the seventh highest gross for the second weekend of a movie. It did fall shortly behind 2010's Alice in Wonderland, although it did beat it for opening weekend. Also, The Hunger Games beat every Harry Potter and Twilight movie for their second weekend grosses. Which, needless to say, is ****ing incredible.

The domestic total is now at an astonishing $251 million. It was the fifth quickest film to reach $250 million domestically, but the quickest for any non-sequel. It is expected that the film will round out about $350 million domestically, which would place it at about the 18th or 19th highest grossing film ever domestically.

Foreign totals were brought up to $131 million, bring The Hunger Game's total gross to $365 million. :legend: :legend: :legend:

I want to see the movie again. Maybe I can convince my roommates to come watch it with me since I saw it with my coworkers the first time :hehe:

It's impossible to **** Katniss and Peeta.

It's either;

Katpee or Peenis.

No winning... or a lot of winning?
