Oh, look, you figured out someone's death without asking a million times who dies in the series......... :nails: :nails: Anyways, I think it's astounding how much steam this movie has. Even with Titanic 3D and American Wedding, THG was still able to remain #1. In the next few weeks, very few new releases will face THG's sales in a big way. The biggest releases are "Cabin in the Woods", a horror film, "The Three Stooges", a slapstick kid movie that will more than likely be met with horrible reviews, and "Chimpanzee", a nature documentary film. And none of them are playing in nearly the same amount as THG, which is still playing in over 4,000 theaters. When thinking about the District 12 female in this scenario, I couldn’t resist the option of sending in both Gale and Katniss. I’d keep it first person, but from Gale’s point of view. I wouldn’t change anything that happened before the District 12 reaping. This isn’t about shipping them, but I’d keep a love interest angle. However, I’ll bring the volunteerism to the forefront; I think the actual series underplays that. There would be new ways to draw the Capitol’s ire. I figure something would slip out about the conditions in District 12, the Games in general or 12-year-old tributes in particular. what?
