The last report said that the considered actors were Garrett Hedlund and Taylor Kitsch after Armie Hammer dropped out, and now it's also been reported that Taylor Kitsch isn't in the running anymore. I've never heard of this guy. He looks like he wouldn't be a bad Finnick but I think you just made this up. The father-son fishing scene is such great foreshadowing of what faces older Finnick. Nice playfighting between Annie and Finnick early on. Most of the later stuff was great too, but the ending was a little slow though. (straight ally thing) He mentioned his dead uncles; for me, it's living friends instead, but I understand: the people you know are why you don't hate. For me personally: Many of those friends are people I met through Gaga. Some bigots in denial say "some of my best friends are..."
