Universal Music Argentina gave fans on twitter a chance to go to their hq to listen to ARTPOP in full prior its release. I know one of the girls who attented (Lady Gaga's Argentina Admin), and said the album was great. Oh, and she also commented that ARTPOP still has the "he he he" part, but that it is not as loud as the one played during the Swinefest. If this is true THANK GAGA!!!!
