"I was shellshocked at act"

Its not a good review tbh, but its an interesting read, and she does make some fair points,

Lady Gaga wants to be taken seriously as an artist, so why the hell was she crawling round the X Factor stage in her bra and knickers on Sunday Night?

I really cannot understand why the singer would appear on stage in front of millions, wearing unflattering flesh colored underwear, having lost her strategically placed boob shells, screaming "Do what you want with my body"

My Twitter timeline went into meltdown after her performance, which was certainly downright weird

Now, I understand that Gaga wants to be individual and stage performances have to be memorable, but for the right reasons! Not a la Miley Cyrus or indeed this! Interestingly, Robin Thicke performed on X Factor the previous week with a whole troupe of scantily clad dancers.

And, unlike Gaga, nobody seemed to take offence at their gyrating thighs, perhaps because, in my opinion, that whole Thicke performance worked as an onstage visual.

There was at least some good choreography that suited the song. Unlike the display from "Lady" Gaga, - not very ladylike at all, I was shellshocked at the act!

so what do you guys think, interesting read, and for some weird reason, I agree with most of it :laughga:

She was shocked to see a dancing woman in bikini?

I think it was the pre watershed which bothered her

Well, I'm kinda surprised this is causing so much fuss.

PoshLife

she wasn't that scantily clad by today's standards - realistically she was wearing what most women wear to the beach. Call it "underwear" or "bikini" it's the same darn thing

I think people wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the fact that the DWUW segment was SO abhorrently boring. Her lack of clothing was basically the only thing worth focusing on.

I like how critics are okay with a male performer singing a pro-rape song, but oh lord jesus if a female singer is wearing a bikini/lingerie, it is a travesty to them.

she's going to give herself a heart attack with how much she cares about a 5 minute performance. calm down.

True but this is Lady Gaga. It's not her people see her perform half-naked for the first time.
