cant you like use the lossless album versions on the parts where they play? D:

..................

WHY DID I NOT THINK OF THAT BEFORE??? .....now that I think about it, though, I'd only want to do it on music videos whose ONLY AUDIO is the song itself. I don't want to detract from other sounds added into music videos (like sound effects and whatnot).

what u said has totally got me lost LOL

This is why I have a TL;DR: 256kbps YT audio is superior audio, but VEVO 1080p video is superior video. Essentially, I'm taking the best of both worlds. And now maybe from a third world....

What he's saying is the sound you get on YouTube is better than VEVO, yet the video quality you get on VEVO is better on YouTube. So what he's doing is taking the better audio + video and mixing them together to get the absolute best results.

Hey, I have a question. Since you're a big audiophile, would you know how to convert a WAV file so it's playable in iTunes, and able to sync to other devices?

I remastered a Swine leak, and saved it as a wav. file, and opened it with my itunes. I converted it to a lossless iTunes file, but it still isn't able to sync to my iPod. I'm not exactly certain what I'm doing wrong. Could you help me?

+ When I try to save it as an MP3, it only saves with 128 kbps, and I want higher quality.

If it helps, the program I'm using is Audacity.

Thanks!

That's odd... it should sync just fine with the ipod in ALAC OR wav format! check your sync settings, particularly regarding music... (and also make sure you have enough space on your ipod haha)

as for mp3 encoding in Audacity, when you select "mp3 files" in the drop-down menu for file encoding options, there should be an options button to the right of the dropdown menu. there you can specify which encoding settings you want (e.g. 320kbps constant bit rate).

hope that helps!!!
