Event? Non-performance, anyway. It's all about the fans interacting with Gaga. Sway does a good job, facilitating rather than interfering. This is just the part that aired on TV, minus the actual "You and I" video. They switched to online-only coverage for the rest of the event, which is why I both love and hate MTV for this show. (What did they show on TV instead -- what was more deserving of air time than a Gaga special? A rerun of the Jersey Shore.)
