It's going to throw her whole single plan off tho. It's going to be mid-late November until DWUW finally picks up, which means it probably won't peak until end of January/February. If she wanted to debut the third single at the Grammys, she'll end up cutting DWUW's era short.

Plus, the less burnout, the better. I'd rather have fresh Gaga on the radio than a song people are tired of.

idk if I can take dwuw that long. It's good, but no. Personally I hope applause fades later this month instead of soon, and dwuw peaks early, like late December/mid January. Then start clip teasing the new singles video, with the release happening in Feb.

32. Do What U Want

60. Venus

196. Dope

376. Do What U Want

Albums:

Ah yes; in addition to the 120,000 pre-orders of explicit ARTPOP there are 1,000 per-orders of the clean version

Oh, thanks.

Wow I was very surprised to see Dope at #1, I thought it wasn't gonna make it like Venus. That means there are lots of ARTPOP pre-orders, so I think it can easily do +500k first week.

But Lady Gaga songs used to spend up to 15 weeks in the Radio Top 10, so I don't understand why we think that the 2014 Grammy platform should be necessarily used to launch the third single. You clearly pointed out that in case DO WHAT U WANT is still strong on the radio in late January, then releasing the third single after Grammy's night and with the Grammy's performance will kill DO WHAT U WANT on the radio.

I think the third single can be released anytime after the Grammy's and it doesn't require a performance at the biggest music show. Gaga never performed Telephone, Alejandro, The Edge of Glory at any award show in the USA, and the songs did fine. She just needs cool video and a proper song at the radio.

If  DO WHAT U WANT is strong on the radio in late January, she can perform at the Grammy's for the album promo, pretty much like she did at 2010 Grammy's.

Considering Gaga hasn't even filmed the video yet, I'd say DWUW promotion may not officially start until the week after the album release. So DWUW will probably still be going strong in February.

That's true, but wouldn't you want a new single at the Grammys rather than one we've seen performed a handful of times already? I don't necessarily want her to kill DWUW, but I don't want the third single to not have a chance to shine (especially if it's Gypsy).

1.Lady gaga - Dope 1,0

2. Justin Bieber - Bad Day - 0,3558

Stay pressed beliebers. This is how it should go; boring Justin Bieber leftover tracks should NOT go #1
