Luc 4,775 Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 I doubt the YouTube music awards will draw many viewers anyway. Thing is, it can be viewed by everybody whenever they want. YouTube has about 500 milion visitors daily, and let's say 1/5 of them goes there for music. If only 1/50 of those people watch it (there's going to be a hell lot of promo on YouTube for it) it'll still be 10 million people. Interscope invested a lot in this award show (their 2 biggest acts are performing - Gaga and Eminem). It has a big audience - Girls Generation for example was nominated which will attract a much bigger Asian audience. It'll get huge promo on the YouTube homepage, Google, VEVO.
