I just think the synths are too hard for urban radio. If it was more chilled out like Hold On, We're Going home, then maybe. But given urban's acceptance of HOWGH (definitely the song on radio right now that DWUW most resembles in spirit), and given R. Kelly's return to the scene (he's got a song charting pretty well on urban right now, too), I'm confident urban will be receptive. Not saying it's going to #1 on the format, but it'll breakthrough.
