Remember when she performed on Germany's Next Top Model and snatched the wig from the decapitated mannequin head at the end of her performance? I took that picture, cut her head and the wig out of the picture, and blended the head from the album cover with the wig. And I just put the scythe where her microphone should be and added the neck stump and a little blood fragment-fragment--bul-uh...scab-uh..fragment-foot, bullet fragment foot bich!
