I don't know what's going on lately with her... ARTPOP (the project) seemed ambicious and now is almost a joke. What happened to the reverse warholian theme? I'm pissed off honestly. I love her to death but i'm pissed off. I liked DWUW but while it is a good song, to me it was just an appetizer while we waited for the meal proper. The experience has soured over the song for me, i hope that changes, but it is how i feel right now. whoa sister.... it will be ok :) MANiCURE is the best song in my opinion. Cuz if Gaga sees that DWUW is dropping on the charts and decides to go ahead and release VENUS as the next single, that will make her look like even a bigger hypocrite and the haters are gonna start calling her out. With Applause we had that "FLOP" mess going on and with the 2nd single we are gonna have "Gaga is a hypocrite" mess going on. And I don't want that. Lord please BLESS THE QUEEN! Edge of Glory is flawless and so is this song, but I don't know if this will appeal to the general public. DWUW is a more R&B-ish vibe and Venus seems more pop with the description she has provided. She can go for the Beatles' achievement of owning the Top 5 with 5 of their singles :ghostlegend: It would be amazing to have two singles in the Top 10. Do What U Want is doing well, of course Interscope is going to make it a real single now. What's GaGa going to do? Be mad her label wants to put her music out to radio? She is a pop star - an artistic one at that - of course the "popular, easy and radio friendly song" will be a single, they need to make their moneys worth. She can't do this all for free.
