VasilisVas 5,006
Why is Venus the next single? I thought Gaga was letting fans "choose" the next single, and based on the votes Sex Dreams should have been it. So basically the same thing that happened during the BTW era is happening again. We are asked to pick the next single, and our request is being ignored. I don't get it...Anyway, looking forward to hearing the new single. Spyro 8,438
Billboard counts for MONDAY through SUNDAY. So MONDAY - THROUGH SUNDAY Sales will count for the next week. Who cares if it debuts out of the Top 10??????????????????? Jease What I'm saying, is releasing it on Sunday is a dumb move, because with the sales you make on Sunday, could've have been built up in a whole week the following day. If you lose the amount of sales on a debut day, nonetheless, the song won't score higher because you lost a days worth of sales for the week. German and Aussie chartweek starts Friday, Britain's starts Sunday. Maybe it will be on sale only a few hours in US on Sunday, but out before she does X Factor UK Sunday night (not confirmed yet but would make sense). ARTPOPSYCHOLOGY 6,252
If it's a worldwide release, there is no perfect day. German and Aussie chartweek starts Friday, Britain's starts Sunday. Maybe it will be on sale only a few hours in US on Sunday, but out before she does X Factor UK Sunday night (not confirmed yet but would make sense). THANK YOU. And who the **ck cares about sales at this point. We've accepted the fact that she can release Bad Romance 2.0 and because of the extremely rigid competition in music right now, charting in the Top 5 is considered charting #1, especially for a five year old artist like gaga. Unfortunately, other individuals don't care about art and whatever else she is going to be referencing in the song, obviously it's Top 10 material if Interscope OK'd it, and if it doesn't reach that right away, then who cares. Worldwide means so many different things, this could be #1 in Japan, and #8 in US. Just enjoy the music, a BRAND NEW SONG, coming 17 days, or SOONer
