Lady Gaga's single "GUY" officially hit radio today, and in the short hours since it began its slide into the radio atmosphere it has crept up to a secure spot for opening day. I checked at 9am this morning, and Billboard's radio watch put it at the #91 spot for current most played songs on the radio. By 7pm this evening....it has climbed to #70. Reciept: http://www.billboard.com/play/rdio?id=379&date=2014-04-12 In a few more hours the song might creep up a tad higher, so I would say climbing 25-30 spots on radio airplay is a nice secure kick off for G.U.Y.
