This is stupid for chart placement bcuz it wastes all of our purchases on first week debut on chart. Since she's only getting 2 days to make a debut on the charts, it's pointless. There is an One Direction song, a JB song, Taylor swift song, and of course Unconditionally will be up there as well. i think interscope is trying to release on a friday so as to avoid all the competitions. Katy prism release on 22 Oct, hence on 22 - 24 there will be a lot of album tracks going top 10/20 on itunes. To avoid all the messy situation, interscope might think that a friday release is better.
