SomethingMore 1,701 Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 Given what we've seen with Dark Horse/Walking On Air/Sirens, and since the pre-order page on itunes says they will deliver items when they are ready suggests that if you have pre-ordered ARTPOP in itunes, then when Venus is released: - it will be automatically downloaded to your itunes. - it will show up as a sale on the itunes chart (as a sudden jump with everyone else's pre-orders). - it will be credited as a sale on the digital chart (and hence the Hot 100) for that week. - the sale will be subtracted from the digital sales chart when the album order completes. Only threat is Eminem's Survival - yes it has no airplay but it got 10m views on Youtube, most of his fans are from the US. #9 or #10. Cant wait for Wednesday!
