Capital is always spot on with Katy's promo... I wish Gaga was under that label. They probably would have discounted MTN :giveup:

The inclusion of streams towards RIAA certification system made MTN to be considered as platinum. In the same way on how Bad Romance could now be regarded as a 10x platinum.

Katy also caters to the GP while Gaga tries to balance both. So they are marketing something (Katy) people already want to buy. It's like selling toilet paper. People are gonna buy it either way.

And have a remix that could have pushed it to the top 10 of the HOT 100. Imagine Gaga still having that HOT 100 top 10 streak. She would have passed Mariah by now with Applause.

Katy is 135 in 2 hours. Not bad for a promo single at all. This should have been the second single. It's a jam.

its never too late we can get miley, britney, kanye, ti and rihanna to remix it. Surely itll enter top ten.
