After Applause failed to deliver the long-awaited smash, they're going with a single that has her best hitmaker as a producer. They could've gone with a Madeon & ZEDD production. Katy is the radio Queen, and the song sounds like a huge smash, according to BB. Gaga might surprise us, but I doubt her ballad would chart better than Katy's....
