It's probably one of the only choices she had without unveiling more of the already 50% unveiled album. I wanna be with you sucks, J&D would be too local, ARTPOP's lyrics are too fan-centric, Applause already released, MANiCURE/SD potential singles, and Swine... I guess that couldve been chosen, but she already has DJWS single out. I actually think that J&D could've been a great Promo single, and why do you think It is local... Its not It's just urban.. Urban would not make headway where she needs some buzz, like France and Australia. Promo singles do more for outside US countries than the US. I don't want risky singles, singles are released to sell albums not to Hurt the artist on radio.
