Ya Da One did over We Found Love Probably because lead singles are instant big sellers, unlike the 2nd singles. The bigger a radio deal is, the harder a push they want. Same goes with Mirrors and Suit & Tie. And If I'm not mistaken, Stay and Diamonds as well. With that, just imagine how Unconditionally would be received by radio in the long run.
