Americano 31,061
What were you saying about Australian charts following the American one? I despise this song. I'll pray for you 'muricans I've been watching it rise and fall everywhere else BUT America, so it was only a matter of time before it started up here
SomethingMore 1,701
Its actually shocking how Interscope barely has faith in Gaga. It seems Interscope learned their lesson last time with Over-promotion, that led to over-exposure, that again, led to Applause's performance. This time they are trying to win the GP back, by doing commercials, holiday specials etc.
Americano 31,061
Judas seems as a good single choice to me though. If it wasn't released as a single everyone now would be complaining about how Gaga didn't release it and that it was an 100% smash... "I'm still in love with Judas baby" on Easter weekend.. I think we all know that was a bad ideaOne thing I've learned is that Gaga doesn't monitor her own stats or her own "promo" with Interscope. She doesn't seem to care. She knows a lot about her art and music of course, but she always gets the chart information wrong/doesn't know about different discounts she had or how they worked/etc. She's always surprised herself when her songs are on TV shows that Interscope put them on, hearing about it from fans. That can be either a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. I think it's nice she doesn't let it control her career.

She took her chances and she lost but I honestly appreciate the fact that she risked it. She could have released Judas as an other single though and avoid Eastern cririsism. I think that it would have been the wisest choice...
Vanilla 664
That might very well be my most hated song of the year. I literally cannot stand that guy's voice The radio station I listen to has all artists saying "this is lady gaga, rihanna"etc. and when his comes on..his voice sounds like how I imagine a gay gnome to sound. I won't die, but I can't live without you
Gov Hooka 8,008
I am still so surprised that Judas came out at all. I like many others found it extremely offensive and distasteful. Obviously now my opinions have changed. That was back when I really hated Gaga. Can you imagine the slayage of the BTW era if TEOG or MTN was released as a second single or even Sheisse for that matter. Judas really kind of left a hole in the era that was hard to fill. Luc 4,775
She wanted Shiza over Judas and wanted to actually do an order that made sense (BTW->MTN->SHIZA->TEOG) or whatever she said. She knew what she was doing, Interscope were the ones who thought Judas in April was a great idea for some reason and then decided You & I was a good fit for Spain and Germany Stop acting like Spain is that relevant tho "I'm still in love with Judas baby" on Easter weekend.. Yeah, for example when the Fame poster was a billboard on Times Square. It seems Interscope learned their lesson last time with Over-promotion, that led to over-exposure, that again, led to Applause's performance. This time they are trying to win the GP back, by doing commercials, holiday specials etc. Agreed, this time though Gaga/Interscope should focus on not overpromoting. 2x GMA was a bad idea tbh, I think that focusing on WW promo is the best idea. She can do 2 performances in Japan, US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Canada without overexposure. However, if you do 12 performances in the US, 5 in the UK+Japan, and 1 in all others it's wasting opportunities.
