With "Royals" down by less than 1% in overall Hot 100 points and "Ball" up by 17%, the songs are separated just a 4% margin despite the CMA effect If there are x Complete My Albums, then Digital Sales = Total Sold - x Then by "For the purposes of Hot 100 rankings, aggregate sales and returns contribute to the song's overall point total" Points determined from Digital Sales + Returns = (Total Sold - x) + x = Total Sold They have however you will notice changed the rule, because before, for one of Taylor Swift's songs they used for its Hot 100 position sales of zero (when digital sales were negative due to CMA). If I had to bet, it's just a few extra bigger stations that decided to put it into rotation. The spins on the other formats aren't anything amazing, it's the AI increases. If I had to bet, it's just a few extra bigger stations that decided to put it into rotation.
