Only one of those is still relevant tho, being compared to the other two is sad
Klou 2,414
On a scale of 1-10 rating Applause's success so far I'd give it a 7/10... "Good".
pie-kun 1,765
Listened to my local pop station on the way to the airport (where I am now) and they played Applause! Got so excited, the first time I've heard it on the radio in the car (I'm sure they've been playing it but I rarely listen to the radio). Also it looks like the Fox is starting to tumble! Would be cool if it fell below Applause so it could snatch the #7 back after OneRepublic passes it and Bieber's new song falls.
Americano 31,061
On a scale of 1-10 rating Applause's success so far I'd give it a 7/10... "Good". Yeah, I suppose. Even though it did OK in some countries like Germany/Spain/Brazil/Canada/etc, I still cringe when I look at its international numbers. I'd probably be less bothered by it if she had done a promo prior like we mentioned last week. But it never happened, so now it's kinda like.. She's left with a song at #98 in some countries going into Venus. Not the momentum I envisioned.
Gov Hooka 8,008
It's really all Gaga's fault, though. She spent time finishing her finished album, when she should have been focusing on more important things. But her relationship with her non-fans/radio has been healed in time for Venus to smash. She will just need to create buzz AGAIN in the UK/France/Australia/Germany/Canada/the rest of the freaking world

Gov Hooka 8,008
So I think bottom line is everyone has to agree it underperformed, especially considering it is a LEAD SINGLE, for her standards. end of discussion

I see the point because other markets will follow anyway, but to do absolutely NOTHING is just :wtf:

nick4bty 2,758
It's smashing on radio though. I can't believe some people still want to kill Applause. The more positive updates we keep getting before Gypsy comes the better. We shouldn't try to kill a song just because a new one is coming lmao. I can't believe the jumps in Rhthymic this weekend. We should really start targeting these stations

Eminem jumped to #1 on UK iTunes from ONE commercial airing during x factor over there, but nope, its not like theyd air an Applause commercial. And theyre on the same label
