Imagine his meltdown if we told him that ARTPOP has 70.000 preorders so far and more than hlaf are digital... those are just pre-orders... Some of it is intended that way. Find some other pseudo-intellectual deeper meaning you can tack onto your "comedy song." Can't the meaning of the song just be to provide a laugh? The man names animal sounds and dances around in a fox suit for heaven's sake. Besides it's catchy and fun to listen to. I don't resent it's chart performance.
