I think so too, and it will probably have a deal etc but I just think within the last week or two of October is probably the best time. Maybe 21st? She is Katy, but this is Gaga, if she wants to put out second single on the 21st, she should do it! The whole week on 21st is gonna be a big mess with Katy's album release on 22nd and Taylor is releasing on 22nd. Only a soundtrack but it will still top iTunes because it's Taylor Swift. Katy's album promo isn't even that massive, except for the promo singles. I think Gaga will be in our faces 24/7 two to one week before ARTPOP. The YT awards, SNL, maybe a promotional single?
