So that's 93% of the max possible rate of descent. Since the pre-order distribution, only about 1300 copies of it have been sold; apart from these perhaps no one wanted it - it just turned up as a result of the album pre-order. Heartbreaker fell by 22.1% in the same period or 59% of the maximum rate of descent. It sold about 135K in its first twelve hours, 40K in the next twelve hours, 30K in the next twelve, and is now set to sell about 18K in the current twelve hour period - that's what you call front loaded.
