I wonder why Gaga doesn't talk about it? I wouldn't be shocked if this did NOT come out in Jan. I am a huge Bennett fan (since I was a wee child, my parents love him) so I can't wait and add GAGA I guess only time will tell.

Who said slow? "The Lady Is a Tramp" isn't slow. That's another era's dance music.

No but seriously you're exactly right. Just because a song isn't dance-pop or EDM doesn't mean it's slow! I bet there are gonna be some really catchy tunes on this album.

I think they're missing a trick here. They should have released before Christmas. I know we'll have ARTPOP not long before Advent starts but I think the Jazz sound really suits the whole Winter Wonderland/ run up to Christmas time.

Like listening to A Very Gaga Holiday with Hot Chocolate and sitting by the fireplace was perfect. I fear that by January, when we're all gearing back up to go back to work/ Uni/ School w/e, we'll be over that sound.

Exciting!  Nothing like listening to some jazz on a cold winter's night.  :)

watch gaga shut this down like the greatest thing :giggle: cher was convinced that was coming out too.

And I think Tony might be a bit too old to know how to leak the album :(

Swing jazz was the dance music of the 30's and 40's that all the kids danced to.

And Tony promises a big swinging band.

It was after be-bop took over jazz, and it became dull and undanceable, that rock became the dominant youth music in the 50's. This album may be "slow" compared to EDM or hard rock, but not compared to most radio music today (from Mariah and Celine to Lana and Lorde).
