Although there have been many 1080p downloads provided of Gaga's music videos, I don't remember seeing any files shared that were the actual highest-quality video option (1080p for Telephone and onward) from VEVO's website itself. So I've uploaded all of them in the highest quality that VEVO streams them on the VEVO website. Why this is different from 1080p on YouTube: The videos that are on YouTube are converted versions of the videos on VEVO.com, meaning that there is quality loss. This dichotomy between YouTube and VEVO quality is especially evident in, for example, the Applause music video (look at the black backgrounds with fog). I was waiting for someone to rip in .mp4 :) Ah, about that in particular, it was in a .ts file format, but the audio and video codecs could easily be repackaged into a .mp4 container using ffmpeg or similar programs...
