Bellatrix 34,639
2015 will be the year of the return of Balkan! Bulgaria is coming back as well. Last time they participated was in 2013 with "Samo Shampioni" by Elitsa & Stoyan, who also participated back in 2007 with "Voda (Water)" which is so far the only time Bulgaria made it to the final. Although, Sofi Marinova was very close getting the country in the final for the second time with her "Love Unlimited" in 2012 when she tied for the 10th place with Norway, but lost the tiebreak since Tooji received more points from more countries. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjqOGtPyFNw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAUAETPcFBI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cb46Mhy_mCI
Bellatrix 34,639
Due financial reasons combined with the political issues with the Crimea situation Ukraine announced today that they will not participate in Eurovision next year :( Ukraine made its debut in 2003 and this is the first time the country withdraws. Not only because it's sad they won't participate (they usually are one of the highlights of the show for me), but also because it's some of the best pro-West propaganda
