Maybe her relationship with Luc/Taylor overlapped a bit. They're both having thoughts that isn't considered moral, thinking about another man/woman whilst in a relationship. Like Gaga said, the chorus is about waking up in the morning having gotten away with something naughty - maybe meaning she dreamed about Taylor while still with Luc?
