I think it was a really smart performance on Gaga's part, and I think it was smart trying to connect people with The Fame and The Fame Monster eras again. I loved that she paid tribute to her own career. But I don't think it was the instant gratification kind of performance that would've pushed this song to #1. Hopefully it keeps gaining!
