Smithy 2,343
I really don't think G.U.Y will even get into the top 100 now. This will probably be the first Gaga single not to even chart... G.U.Y is being played on uk radios, i've heard it twice today and on TV.. it's sad. People on this site are such drama queens http://comparemyradio.com/tracks/Lady_GaGa/G.U.Y. 21 plays since last week, you can't expect it top be top 100 after so few plays
CalumGaGa 0
Of course it will It doesn't impact until May so radios won't play it heavily until next month anyway I don't think radio will play this heavily tbh. I mean Radio 1 dropped DWUW completely after just a couple of weeks on the A-List just as it was starting to take off around the time of the beats ad. It didn't even move down to the B-List they just completely got rid of it. Capitol might play it but probably only a few times a day unlike playing Katy/Jason Derulo 6 times an hour. Jase 13,299
Probably not but it's gonna do okay once radio back it, that's all I'm saying :)

If 'You and I' can peak at #23 pretty much anything that she'll release will go top 40 **You may have heard it but GUY it still not into the top 40 both on radio and TV airplay, there's still so much room for it. StrawberryBlond 14,836
Sam Bailey outselling ARTPOP's debut week despite it being a cover album, her first single being the second lowest selling winner's single in XF history, winning one of the lowest rated XF seasons and her new single not even charting. Shameful. But then again, I doubt it would have sold this well had it not been released on Mothers Day week. At least all those 67,000 ARTPOP copies were obviously bought by fans who enjoyed it. Sam's album was bought as a Mothers Day gift with absolutely no thought behind it for 73,000 mums. No way is it going to sell well after this week and she doesn't even begin her tour until 2015. Notice how having a hit single isn't any guarantee for a successful album like it used to? The Saturdays had their first #1 (and their biggest selling single at that) and a further top 10 hit preceding their album and it only peaked at #10 with less than 10,000 copies. Despite Pharrell's Happy being one of the biggest #1 recently and his recent successful collabs, he debuted with very disappointing figures. Shakira had Rihanna on her lead single and managed to get a #11 out of it, her biggest UK hit in 5 years, and all she gets out of it is a #14 album. Now everything is so back to front - the artists with poorly performing singles are ruling the album charts and the artists with successful singles can't shift an album. I'll say one good thing about Adele - she certainly got people to get their finger out and actually buy albums. 2011 was a phenomenal year for all record sales. For once, the anti-piracy crusaders didn't have much to say.
